Please avoid perfume, hairspray, dishwash detergents or chemicals that can affect and dull the pearl luster.
To make them shiny again it is recommended to wipe them with soft cloth.
Pearls love light and air.
GENERAL
Do not wear your jewelry while doing any kind of physical activity like working out or swimming .
Try not to drop or tear it.
Keep it in a safe & dry place.
All jewelry is hand-made and should be worn with love and care for longevity.
SHIPPING & RETURN
Made to order pieces takes up to 7 days to be shipped. For pieces that are pre-order it takes 2-3 weeks to be shipped.
Peau Fine is not responsible for lost or stolen or damaged packages, but will help to do everything to make it arrive safely.
We fix items free of charge, up to one month after purchase, but we are not covering shipping fees for fix ups requests. If item requires an entirely new part it might cost extra fee.
We regrettably cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges, depending on the destination country.
Please note that we do not cover these costs. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Orders are shipped from Lithuania.
